Mountain Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of North Carolina and Georgia. We are growing in the Franklin NC and surrounding Macon county area and looking to add a Home Health Registered Nurse to our team.

As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for conducting focused one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting. Home health is extremely rewarding and allows to you spend time getting to know your patients and their families.

• Current state license
