About the Project: Join a landmark project as a Steel Welding Inspector for the construction of a major stadium in NYC. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the structural integrity of an iconic new facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of structural steel fabrication to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Verify weld quality, dimensions, and materials used in the fabrication process.
- Document and report inspection findings, ensuring all work meets AWS or ICC standards.
- Collaborate with the project team, providing expert insights and recommendations to maintain the highest quality of structural steel components.

Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (AWS-CWI) or ICC Structural Welding Inspector (ICC-SWI) certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in steel welding inspection.
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
