Cashier

An Altitude Cashier will work directly with customers to provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance while enforcing and maintaining safety at the park. Cashier's must have great attention to detail and safety while maintaining a fun environment. Cashier's must have a positive and outgoing personality.

Safety training will be provided.

Some responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance experience.
  2. Consistent attentiveness and readiness for safety or injury assistance.
  3. Ability to remain patient and answer guests questions.
  4. Good energy and positive body language.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively with a team.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding waivers, grip socks, jump time, jump specials & park rules.
  7. Maintain the Altitude standard of cleanliness..
  8. Establish control is challenging situations.
  9. Resolve questions and concerns independently.
  10. Take direction from Team Leads and Management.
  11. Work equally well independently and as a party of a team.
  12. Work in a busy and fast paced environment.
  13. Handle cash and credit card payments at a point of sale.
  14. Prepare & serve ready to eat and cafe items.
  15. Check-in guests accurately and quickly.
