BMS Partners is hiring: Cashier/Receptionist in Hollywood

Broward Motorsports of Hollywood, Florida’s #1 Dealership selling Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Polaris, BRP Can Am, BRP Sea Doo Motorcycles, ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, Scooters, Side By Sides, Sport Boats and Jet Ski’s!

We have an immediate part time opening for cashier/receptionist. We are looking for a personable, dependable and diversified individual whom will have the opportunity to learn many responsibilities within the dealership. Flexible hours 9am-7pm Monday thru Saturday 25-35 hours per week.

- Bilingual a plus

- Experience handling cash, checks and credit/debit card payments

- Experience with a multi-line phone

- Able to multitask

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

· Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

· Provide support for all customer inquiries, whether phone or in person, and assure that the customer does not get mishandled.

· General Clerical including document scanning and filing.

· The ideal candidate will be organized with a friendly personality; have exceptional time management skills; have the ability to successfully communicate with our customers and team members; and have a professional appearance.
