Service Cashier Job at United Nissan NV in Las Vegas

United Nissan is currently in need of an experienced Automotive Customer Service Cashier to join our team. Dealership experience and bilingual a plus!!

You will be responsible for in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments and records the amount received
• Verifies the accuracy of the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system and closed paid tickets
• Directs customers who have additional questions or concerns to their Service Advisor or another appropriate individual
• Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verify against cash-on-hand
• Light filing duties
• Update customer information
• Redeem customer points

Qualifications:

• Dealership experience is a plus!!
• Bilingual a HUGE plus!!
• Positive attitude
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Need to be responsible and organized, and have good communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Punctuality a MUST
