DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 1+ years of QuickBooks experience, including bank and credit card reconciliations
• 1+ years of experience preparing taxes for both businesses and personal returns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Lacerte tax preparation software would be preferred. We're looking for a highly detail-oriented person who is committed to accuracy. WHAT DO YOU DO?

This seasonal position goes from January 1st through April 15th. Your schedule is 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

In this role, you assist our clients with their business and personal tax needs during the busy tax season. You're responsible for preparing, reviewing, and assembling tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. Attentive to every number, you review client files to identify any errors and promptly make corrections. QuickBooks is essential to your role, as you complete data entry and reconciliations.
