Position: Seasonal Embroidery Operator

A Seasonal Embroidery Operator is responsible for operating multiple embroidery machines to personalize products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify correct products and personalization based on packing slips
• Operate embroidery machines and troubleshoot machine errors
• Operate laser to cut out and engrave leatherette patches as needed
• Assist with packaging as needed
• Assist with designing as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures to safely operate machinery
• Ability to use computers and software to operate machines

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers

Available schedules (subject to change based on production needs to include overtime and weekends):

• 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
• 12:00 am - 8:00 am
