Position: Seasonal Sublimation Operator

A Seasonal Sublimation Operator is responsible for operating sublimation printers, cutters and heaters to transfer designs to products for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review designs completed by Sublimation Designer and upload them to printer software
• Operate printers, cutters and heat presses to personalize mugs and other products
• Assist with Designers and Packagers as needed
• Assist other departments as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures to safely operate machinery
• Ability to use computers and software to operate machines

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers

Available Shifts (subject to change based on production needs to include overtime and weekends):

• 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
• 12:00 am - 8:00 am
