We will depend on your natural persona and special skills to assist in delivering excellent service to our guests by initiating warm contact, interactions built on sincerity, concern and enthusiasm. Additionally, you will coordinate and be responsible for taking coats and managing a high volume seating operation in a fast paced environment while creating and maintaining guest profiles and preferences.

This position is for our Pool Lounge and is a Seasonal position from April to October 2024.

What exactly you will be doing…

In helping you understand your role in working for a world class organization, the following is a list of your essential job responsibilities. Please keep in mind that this list is not all inclusive and that you may be asked to perform other job tasks by your supervisors/managers not listed below in the constant quest to provide “out of this world” customer service experience for our guests:

  • Greet, interact and bid farewell to guests in a warm and genuine and enthusiastic fashion
  • Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, polishing cutlery/glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables, etc.
  • Provide lateral service including assisting in clearing tables, carry plates to dishwashing area when needed
  • Maintain guest profile, preferences in a database for distribution to staff
