Park Personnel Services, Inc. is hiring: Seasonal Tax Preparer in Glens Falls

Professional Firm seeks 2 -3 tax preparers for 2023 Tax Season. Should be able to "hit the ground running." Excellent work atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Review financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, to determine tax liability
- Utilize accounting software, such as Sage, to accurately calculate taxes owed
- Analyze financial data to identify potential deductions and credits for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and addressing concerns
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax preparation

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software, such as Sage, to prepare tax returns
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify potential deductions and credits
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients

Candidates should be able to provide previous work experience and references.
