Formosa Foods, a highly respected foodservice distributor, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Supervisor to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This role offers 20-30 hours per week, from Wednesday to Saturday.

We're looking for a motivated individual with 1-3 years of warehouse experience and at least six months of leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management. As our Part-Time Warehouse Assistant Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic warehouse team during peak operational days.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Crafting the weekly roster for our personnel
• Keeping a keen eye on our supply chain procedures
• Making sure everyone sticks to the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Always putting safety and efficiency first during shift operations
• Overseeing the ins and outs of our shipping and receiving processes
• Ensuring everything in our warehouse and our products meet our quality standards
• Conducting regular inventory checks
• And any other tasks that come up along the way

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is available to work 20-30 hours per week, Wednesday through Saturday
• Can handle the physical demands of the job, including walking, stooping, lifting up to 75 lbs., and standing for extended periods
• Is able to adjust to changing environments, from room temperature to the chill of a freezer.

What We Need From You:

• Language skills: You'll need to be fluent in English, and if you have proficiency in Chinese or Spanish, that's a plus!
• Experience: 1-3 years in warehouse management and experience operating a forklift
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent
