Job Title: Warehouse/Production Supervisor
Location: Flint
Pay: $18+/hr, will be based on experience
Shift: M-F, 4:00pm – 12:30am with possibility of OT. Training will take place on 1st shift.

Job Duties:
• Manage the production/packaging process to ensure productivity
• Manage the production/packaging process to ensure productivity
• Assists with production and warehousing
• Supervises and maintains all personnel including the monitoring of attendance, quality, adherence of safety and company rules/policies, production standards and discipline.
• Delegates tasks and duties
• Train and document interactions with employees
• Inspects and verifies all work orders
• Maintains all equipment and communicate with Maintenance for repairs
• Responsible for safety of team and investigation and reporting of incidents

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a production supervisor role
• Experience as a supervisor in a union environment
• Fork Truck experience
• WMS and ISO Quality System knowledge

• Strong computer skills
