Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Floating Supervisor for a client in Chicago Heights, Il . MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FOUNDRY EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities of the Floating Supervisor

• Safety Wears all PPE, follows all safety protocol, understands, observes and respects safety rules and performs all work in a safe manner. (glasses, shoes, face shield, helmet, gloves, spats, etc.) Ensures all employees are wearing their PPE and following all EHS protocols. Reports all safety concerns to Plant Manager and EHS Manager.
• Operational Performance   Start up procedures for furnaces, bag house, line feeder, ovens, computers.
     • Understand how to perform all tasks using the equipment. 
• Process Flows  Experienced in Start Up procedures for furnaces, bag house, line feeder, ovens, computers.  Responsible for contacting Maintenace and the Plant Manager if there are any equipment issues, breakdowns, power outages, and safety concerns with the equipment and/or line.
• Uses computer to record assembly status 
• Follows safety instructions and rules 
• Works overtime and assigned shifts as needed 
• Employees are responsible?to comply?with all requirements of QMS policies and procedures. 
• Operational Performance Understand the inline process and flow and how to speed it up and slow it down.  Responsible for all material and finished product specifications for the finished product.  Brings forth any concerns to the Plant Manager.
• Scheduling  Responsible for scheduling manpower according to daily production schedule.
• Quality Ingot discoloration (can happen with beryllium other materials) Supervisor will report to the plant manager. From the chemistry.                                                                                               
•   Quality Responsible for sampling 0 testing the alloy to ensure it is meeting ingot specifications every 30 min, or as required.
  • Quality  Trains new employees on proper procedures an ensures effectiveness.                                                                                            

Location: Chicago Heights, IL

Schedule/Shift Details - *must be able to rotate all shifts*

1st- 7:00AM-3:00PM
2nd- 3:00 PM- 11PM
3rd- 11:00 PM- 7:00Am

Qualifications of Assembler- Must be able to read and write in English- Willing to learn gives tasks- Communicate with fellow employees- Forklift skills
