Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our clients team in Happy Valley. This role involves overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, managing a small team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train maintenance staff
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain records of maintenance activities
• Maintain the cleanliness of the grounds, common areas, office, and community room
  • Pick up litter left by tenants
  • Clean trash enclosures and gutters around them
  • Ensure grounds are kept clean and presentable
  • Vacuum, mop, and maintain cleanliness in office buildings

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Strong communication skills
