As a Sports Instructor in the Programming Department at Elite Sports Clubs, you will have the opportunity to share your passion and expertise for sports with participants of all ages. Whether you specialize in basketball, dance, tennis, soccer, volleyball, swimming, track, cycling, martial arts, or pickleball, you will play a vital role in developing athletes, fostering teamwork, and promoting a love for the sport. With access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources, you will lead engaging and dynamic programs that inspire participants to reach their full potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for participants in multiple sports disciplines.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and instruction to athletes, focusing on skill development, technique, and strategy.
  • Lead group sessions, clinics, and workshops to enhance participants' skills and abilities.
  • Organize and oversee competitions, tournaments, and events to showcase participants' talents and achievements.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate program schedules and ensure a positive experience for participants.
  • Communicate effectively with participants and their families, addressing questions, concerns, and providing updates on program activities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and methodologies into program curriculum as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Previous coaching experience in one or more of the following sports disciplines: basketball, dance, tennis, soccer, volleyball, swimming, track, cycling, martial arts, or pickleball.
  • Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in your respective sport(s), with a track record of success as a player or coach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants of all ages.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and execute effective training sessions and events.
  • Passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for participants.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
