Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide information about services and repairs needed for their powersports vehicles.
Service Coordination: Create and manage service orders, ensuring all necessary information is documented accurately, including customer details, vehicle information, and service requests.
Estimates and Invoicing: Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintenance, explain charges to customers, and process invoices upon completion of service.
Scheduling: Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's calendar to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the service process, providing updates on vehicle status and addressing any questions or concerns.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions in the dealership's management system.
