Curative is hiring: Sports Orthopedics in Virginia - Quick Partnership in Danvil

With a quick track to partnership and several sources of ancillary income, we are looking for a board-certified/board-eligible orthopedic surgeon to join our team. Our non-private-equity practice is the leading provider for orthopedic care in Southern Virginia, and are currently looking for a sports focused provider to meet the needs of a growing patient panel.

About the Practice:

• Guaranteed base of $450,000 plus production, earning potential easily over $800,000
• 2 year track to partnership with a group of collegial providers
• Blocked OR time and ownership opportunity at our nearby surgical center
• State-of-the art equipment - Mako Robot, digital Xrays, hydrotherapy
• On-site physical therapy, pain management, and procedure rooms
• Dedicated and experienced support staff for each physician, including medical assistants, NPs, and a care coordinating team
• Partnership with local D3 college teams, high schools, and professional baseball

Schedule Details:

• 3 days of clinic, 2 days of surgery
• Premium paid 1:6 general ortho call
