Advosy Home is hiring: Sports-Minded Sales Representative + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for motivated, sports-minded team members to hire immediately for our full-time Entry Level Sales role. Ideal candidate has a personal drive to succeed, strong work ethic, and an excellent student mentality. You'll be trained in how to deliver interactive sales presentations for solar, roofing, and HVAC while building an outstanding rapport with each customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professionally canvass neighborhoods and pre-qualify homeowners for energy & home improvement products
• Set follow-up appointments to go over custom project and financing
• Use company CRM & technology tools to prospect and track leads
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics and participate in continuous training for improvement
• Attend periodic community events to promote Advosy Home products and acquire leads
• Strategically network and expand your customer base
• Confidently provide focused customer service

REQUIREMENTS

• Outstanding customer service experience
• Outgoing and self-motivated
• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies
• Desire to help homes and families save money and live more sustainably
• Must have reliable transportation and cell phone to utilitze sales applications
