Stone Sports is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and patient Part-Time Swim School Instructors and Preteam Instructors to join our growing team! We provide a fun, rewarding environment where instructors inspire children to build confidence in the water while developing essential swim techniques. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 30-minute swim lessons for children of all ages and abilities using Stone Sports' curriculum.
• Lead 1-hour preteam training sessions to prepare advanced swimmers for competitive swimming.
• Provide individualized feedback, positive reinforcement, and build relationships with swimmers and parents.
• Maintain a safe, fun, and supportive environment during lessons and training sessions.
• Monitor student progress and communicate achievements and areas for improvement to parents.
• Ensure proper use of pool equipment and help maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and positive learning experience for all swimmers.

Requirements:

• Experience: We are willing to train motivated candidates.
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong Swimming Skills: Knowledge of stroke techniques and training principles.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and coworkers.
• Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, reliable, and patient.
• Availability: Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability preferred.
• Comfortable in Water: Must be comfortable working in a 90°ree;F indoor pool environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and remain in the water for extended periods, lift equipment, and respond quickly in emergency situations.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $13.50 - $15.00/hour.
