Job Description
Maryland Physical Therapy is the physical therapy clinic of choice for physical therapy and sports medicine in Solmons, Maryland, based on our excellent customer service, clinical knowledge, and experience. Maryland Physical Therapy is owned independently by a physical therapist, that focuses on the clinical development of physical therapists to ensure quality healthcare given to our community members. We are the ideal physical therapy practice for new graduates to foster the application of physical therapy concepts with their patients through a gradual patient volume and mentoring from award-winning physical therapists.
We encourage each physical therapist to adjust his or her weekly patient schedule as the physical therapist deems appropriate for each patient's needs, as well as their ability to ensure quality care given to their patients.
We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for a full-time position for our outpatient physical therapy practice in Solomons, Maryland. Our clinic provides rehabilitation in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Treatment of pathologies and/or surgeries referred for physical therapy
· Completion and submission of all required documentation
· Maintains a patient treatment schedule which promotes achievement of short and long-term therapeutic goals
Physical Therapist Requirements:
· Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant or a school approved by the World Congress of Physical Therapy,
· Previous experience in outpatient setting preferred, but not required,
· Maryland licensure,
· Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
