PERFORMANCE PHYSICAL THERAPY is hiring: Physical Therapy Aide in Redlands

We are looking for a Full Time Physical Therapy Aide to join our team!
PT aide assists Physical Therapist in implementing plan of care and is able to build rapport and effective relationships with patients.


Responsibilities (Duties may include but not limited to the following)



CLINICAL DUTIES

• Initiate therapy sessions and modalities


• Educate patients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise


• Prepare treatment area and keep equipment, supplies and clinical area safe, sanitized and stocked by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations


• Maintains patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential


• Follow department procedures and report any report any issues needing resolution

NON-CLINICAL DUTIES

• Answering/triaging telephone calls as needed.


• Scheduling appointments.


• Checking in patients and collecting co-pays as needed


• Assist Front Desk to help direct patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED


• CPR Certification and negative TB test


• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate in an honest and professional manner


• Team player, detailed oriented, ability to set priorities, organize and multi-task
