Health Atlast West LA offers Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy.
Duties include but not limited to: checking in and rooming patients, vitals, charting, putting patients on therapies like heat, electrical stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, room preparation for providers, typing, scanning, faxing, shredding, coordination, checking patients in and out, reminder calls, frequent sanitization of rooms and spaces for patients (performed after every patient encounter to sanitize space for the next patient), Assisting the doctors and therapists with patient care, paperwork and charting. When not assisting the doctors helping the front desk with tasks.
Performing regular inspection of the office to ensure the rooms and spaces are clean and ready for patients.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Computer and administration skill are necessary for the position.
