THERAPY FRONT DESK POSITION OVERVIEW:
A Front desk Representative is responsible for ensuring the clinic meets the required standards to be successful. This includes HIPAA rules, OSHA rules, Compliance rules and regulations against fraud and abuse. Verifying surgical benefits, calculating estimated pre-collections, communicating patients of their financial responsibility, and verifying authorization and referral placement for multiple procedures Assignments are made in terms of broad goals and objectives and the incumbent must apply considerable decision making and independent judgement in daily activities.
THERAPY FRONT DESK SALARY & BENEFITS:
$18.29-$24 Per hour

THERAPY FRONT DESK REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical office procedures
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Skills in operating business office machines
- Skills in answering the telephone in a professional manner
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instruction
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with patients, employees and the public
