- General Requirements
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of physical security installation projects for our clients
- Work is throughout the state of North Carolina
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget estimation
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project goals
- Installation Oversight:
- Manage all aspects of physical security installations, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, and more
- Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress
- Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally
- Track project expenses and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, change orders, and project reports
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in physical security installations
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Individuals with a felony or misdemeanor convictions MAY not be hired
- Individuals must not have any alcohol or drug-related convictions or suspensions within the past three years
- Individual must be able to pass a drug and physical screening as well as background requirements
