Job Description
Candidates will be helping out in multiple different areas. These duties could be working in trimming, mold operating, or assembly.
Responsibilities- Use hand tools to trim off excess plastic from the product or use power drills to drill holes for assembly.
- Work with a crew on the rotational molding machine, filling it with plastic pellets, running the machine, unloading it, and sending the parts to trimming.
- Perform basic assembly of plastic parts using hand and power tools.
- Stand on feet all day, bend and twist, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Mechanical aptitude, Assembly and heavy lifting skills
- Experience with hand and power tools
- General labor and production experience
They work 4-10's and offer profit sharing which comes out to about 3% of employees' income including overtime. Contractors on the first shift receive a $500 gift card for their products once hired on, and a $750 gift card for the second shift. The company is very flexible; if employees don't like the area they are working in, they can move to a different one. Employees are allowed to have one earbud in to listen to music.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment can get hot in the summer, but they try to keep it cool with large industrial fans. With the molding machines going, it can be loud.
