ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate School-Based Social Worker to join our team in Frederick, MD for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with students and school staff to provide critical mental health and social services.

Job Details:

• Position: School-Based Social Worker
• Location: Frederick, MD
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Pay Rate: Starting at $37.50 - $44+/hour
• School Year: 2024-2025
• Preferred Experience: Prior school-based experience
• License Requirement: Must hold an LMSW and a valid MD Social Worker license

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to address student needs.
• Implement and manage behavior intervention plans.
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide support services to students and families.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Social Work (LMSW).
• Active Maryland Social Worker license.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
