School Social WorkerJob Description:

• Master degree in social work
• Active state licensure for school social work
• Assessment: Understanding clients' needs and challenges.
• Case Management: Coordinating services and referrals.
• Counseling: Providing support for personal and social issues.
• Advocacy: Ensuring clients' rights and access to resources.
• Crisis Intervention: Offering immediate support during emergencies.
• Documentation: Keeping accurate records of client interactions.
• Collaboration: Working with other professionals and resources.
• Education and Prevention: Providing community education on social issues.
• Policy Work: Advocating for systemic change.
• Self-Care: Maintaining personal well-being.

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly and Weekly pay $50+ based off ofexperience

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
