Position: Social WorkerLocation: Hazel Crest

Duties:
Counseling students with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
Collaborating with school staff to create supportive environment for the students
Developing and implementing programs focused on preventing issues like bullying, substance abuse, or mental health challenges
Managing individual cases by coordinating services from various agencies or professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students and families
Maintaining accurate records of interactions with students and families, assessments, interventions, and progress reports

Job Requirements:
Masters degree in social work
LMSW or LCSW
School setting experience preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
