Job Title: School Social Worker
Location: Huntley, IL
Duration: Full-Time, December 6 - January 31
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and counseling services to high school students in grades 9-12
• Work with both general education and IEPed students to address social, emotional, and academic needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized support plans
• Facilitate social skills groups and provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress

Requirements:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in School Social Work
• Experience working with high school students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
