ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Social Worker to join one of our trusted school districts in Oak Forest, Illinois for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Position Overview:

• Job Title: School Social Worker
• Schedule: Full-Time / 37.5 hours a week
• Caseload: Middle School

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services to students across various grade levels (K-12).
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being.
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work (required).
• PEL is required
• Other: Ability to pass a comprehensive drug and background check.
