• Licenses: Active LCSW or LMSW and MN Department of Education license required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide social-emotional support and counseling services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address student needs
• Assist in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans
• Address issues such as attendance, behavior, and emotional challenges
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW)
• Active MN Department of Education license
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
