Day to day as a Grounds Worker

As a Full-Time Grounds Worker at Copeland Oaks, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks that ensure our grounds are pristine and welcoming for our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting and watering flowers to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property. You will also conduct regular inspections of the grounds, identifying any maintenance needs promptly and performing minor repairs when necessary. Seasonal duties will include snow and ice removal, applying mulch, and ensuring that pathways are clear and safe.

Collaboration with the facilities team is essential, as you will be assisting with various projects and community events.
