As a Full-Time Grounds Worker at Copeland Oaks, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks that ensure our grounds are pristine and welcoming for our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting and watering flowers to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property. You will also conduct regular inspections of the grounds, identifying any maintenance needs promptly and performing minor repairs when necessary.
