THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A CONSTRUCTION WORKER

THE SCHEDULE:

You normally work Monday - Friday. Travel is required throughout the state during the week, but you're home on weekends.

YOUR ROLE:

In this entry-level trade position, you work with your team to service traffic signals, highway lights, and other electrical systems around the state. Coordinating with your team, you perform various construction tasks to support successful project completion. You take pride in completing quality work that keeps Texas roads safe and drivers on the go!

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong work ethic, motivation to succeed, and a "can-do" attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for 3+ years - some minor tickets could be acceptable
• Ability to travel and work out of town for 5 days, 4 nights a week
• US citizenship and ability to speak fluent English

It's not required, but a commercial driver's license (CDL) would be preferred.
