Job Description:
EliteCare Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our team in Beloit, WI. This position requires candidates to reside at least 100 miles away from the location due to client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in various age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide psychotherapy services in accordance with state regulations and clinic guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
- Stay updated on best practices and developments in social work and mental health care.
Job Requirements:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or a related degree in Counseling and Guidance from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting.
- Valid State of Wisconsin license for social work practice.
- State of Wisconsin letter of approval as a "provider of Psychotherapy Services in a Certified Out-Patient Mental Health Clinic."
- Demonstrated training, knowledge, and skills necessary for evaluation, treatment, and patient care across diverse age groups.
