Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for gluing, assembling, and fabricating fiberglass panels and other products. You will operate power machines to trim and drill products, as well as perform basic pultrusion machine operations.
Responsibilities- Glue, assemble, and fabricate fiberglass panels and other products.
- Operate power machines to trim and drill products.
- Push cross rods through grating to assemble panels or other products.
- Perform coating, painting, and grit application procedures.
- Palletize and prepare finished products for shipping.
- Read and fill orders by matching specified products to their specifications.
- Keep glass racks full and perform basic pultrusion machine operations.
- General production experience
- Machine operation skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds several times a shift
- Experience in packaging, assembly, and picking/packing
- General labor experience

Work EnvironmentThe job requires constant standing, moderate to heavy lifting (20-50 pounds), and bending. You will be exposed to noise, dust, fiberglass, and resin chemicals during the manufacturing process. Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection are required. It is recommended to wear jeans and a long-sleeve shirt due to exposure to fiberglass.
