PAY: $18-20
SHIFT/SCHEDULE: 8:00a - 4:30p, Monday - Friday
ENVIRONMENT: Property, residential, commercial.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- 2 or more years of experience:
- Facility Maintenance.
- Must have own tools
- Custodial tasks such as but not limited to - Painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, cleaning, and facility maintenance.
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation for maintenance calls.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in: Facility, apartment, hotel, and/or similar maintenance.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Education: High school or Equivalent.
- Be willing to complete drug and background checks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform facility maintenance and perform housekeeping procedures.
- Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing throughout the facility.
- Receive and complete work orders for maintenance tasks.
- Inspect safety systems like fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency lighting.
- Monitor and maintain parts and supplies inventory for maintenance activities.
- Work with production teams to schedule equipment maintenance with minimal disruption.
- Maintain records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
- Order replacement parts and materials as needed.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
- Log maintenance activities and repairs in the maintenance management system.
- Prioritize and manage multiple work requests to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and adjust building systems (e.g., heating, cooling, ventilation).
- Perform basic repairs on structural elements like doors, windows, and flooring.
- Follow attendance policies.
- Follow all CMP and PPE procedures
- Follow all OHSA and company safety rules.
- Any additional duties assigned by supervisor.
