CFS Worker
Qualifications:
CFS Worker must have an Associate degree in the human services field of study OR 3 years of experience,
coordinating/navigating services for persons with intellectual disabilities.
Duty Statement: The CFS Worker will provide 1:1 ratio assistance to the participant and family in the language of their choice, at home and in the community. The CFS Worker is responsible for helping the participant obtain his/her IPP objectives using the developed ISP. The CFS Worker will maintain current car insurance and transport the consumer to keep their appointments or attend community-based activities if and when public transportation is not suitable or available.
Clerical Skills are a Plus: Duty Statement: The clerical duties, including but not limited to filing documentation, scheduling meetings, and answering phones. The right Candidate will organize program documentation; keep participant information confidential; carry out various tasks related to documentation and training.
Staff Screening and Supervision

Post interview Screening processes include the following:
Associate Degree In Human Service Field Or 3 Year Experience
Fingerprint screening on the Department of Justice platform
Physical Verification of First Aid and CPR Certification
Verification of Valid Identification
Verification of Educational Qualifications Certificate
Verification of Drivers License
Must Be Bilingual
