Warehouse Worker (2nd Shift): Monroe, Wisconsin

Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin, is a reputable manufacturer with over 30 years of experience creating healthy ingredients. They are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join their warehouse team. As a Forklift Operator on the 2nd shift, you will be responsible for moving materials, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods, and supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Worker:

Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
Move hazardous materials and chemicals safely and in compliance with company guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Stack pallets of raw materials into designated racking spaces and build/shrink-wrap pallets as required.
Follow safety regulations, company procedures, and check that loads are centered and properly stacked.
Load and unload products from tractor trailers.
Conduct quality assurance tasks, such as reporting product damage and shortages.
Use FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system to rotate stock.
Weigh and record product weights.
Analyze production schedules for the timely transportation of materials and products.
Document goods’ arrival, departure, and movement; check manifests and bills of lading; maintain inventory; and track order fulfillment.

Warehouse Worker Requirements and Qualifications:

Prior experience with forklift operation, including driving into racking and unloading trucks.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety standards.
Ability to manage paperwork for tracking goods and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Pay for Warehouse Worker: Starting at $17.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, with some Saturdays as needed.
