Maintenance Worker Job at Yellowhammer Investment Group, LLC in Mobile

We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. $18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed

Qualifications:

• Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Over 2 years of maintenance experience
• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
