As an Entry Level Manager, you will build key customer relationships, identify up selling opportunities, generate referral business, and close deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of the current market and industry trends. The primary objective is to identify quality decision-makers, provide excellent consultative sales support, and drive profit margins on behalf of our client.

Entry Level Managers Responsibilities: 

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a central point of contact to answer product questions and inquiries

  • Effectively communicate and adapt to all types of customers, clients, and team members with empathy and understanding
  • Respond to product requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner 
  • Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment and create a referral pipeline
  • Shadow senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict-management techniques

Requirements for our next Entry Level Manager: 

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, marketing, or communications is preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of sales, management, or customer-facing experience is highly preferred
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong leadership capabilities are a plus
  • Results-oriented and solutions-focused
  • Can collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment
