• Receive incoming calls and accurately record customer information and service requests.
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and proximity, ensuring timely response.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, service technicians, and other team members throughout the service process.
• Document all service activities, including resolutions and follow-up actions, in the company database.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive company image.
