Robert Half is hiring: Entry Level Intake Coordinator in Los Angeles

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a leading lemon law litigation firm based in Century City in their search for a case intake specialist. This is an on-site, full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, Tues-Sat (Tues-Fri 10am-6:30p & Sat 9am-5:30p). In this position, you will be instrumental in case reviews, client case introductions, and handling customer service-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle heavy volume of inbound telephone correspondence
• Gather pertinent information from prospective clients
• Provide consistent and thorough customer support

Qualifications:

• BA from 4-year university
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service role (legal background not required)
• High level of professionalism
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required

This is a long-term contract opportunity with a potential transition to a permanent role.
