We are looking for an entry level Buyer to coordinate the purchase, allocation, and shipments of parts and materials necessary to meet specified schedules. Responsibilities

• Research potential suppliers for parts and external processing requirements.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to ensure the best choice before placing orders.
• Create and manage purchase orders efficiently.
• Expedite requisitions and orders for timely delivery.
• Manage basic inventory functions including cycle counts.
• Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for in-house needs, arranging for restock when necessary.
• Conduct online ordering from suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, primarily Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Excel is beneficial, though not a requirement.
