Job Description
The Image Review Trainer is responsible for providing ongoing training and education to aid in the development of skilled, knowledgeable Image Review staff to ensure that key quality business goals are achieved and maintained. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive appropriate onboarding training to prepare them for their roles in Image Review. Assists with the development of re-education programs to ensure ongoing staff development and growth. Prepares, develops, evaluates, reviews, and modifies training program materials and components as necessary; creates presentations and conducts training sessions related to course content.
Duties & Responsibilities
Teach and prepare learning materials to promote efficiency by developing the skills of personnel to meet key business goals. Conduct meetings, classes, and individual training sessions.
Schedule training sessions or presentations and provide input to assess and maintain program contents.
Implements employee motivational programs for productivity improvement techniques. Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
Effectively communicate with team members. Communicating with managers to determine training needs.
Develop on-boarding programs for new employees.
Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.

Physical Demands
Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg control requires exertion of forces greater than that of sedentary work and if the worker sits most of the time, the job is considered light work.
Required Education / Experience
High School Diploma or its equivalent from an accredited institution Experience in communication and organization
