This is a Full Time position.
The salary range for this position is up to $30/hour depending on experience, skill and presentation.

The main function of the Business Office Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate the supportive services of the facility, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Medicare/Medicaid billing preparation, and record keeping. The Business Office Manager reports to the facility Administrator and to the Financial Support Team.
BOM Skills
Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant Demonstrated knowledge of the Medicaid application process for long term care Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
