Slalom Consulting is seeking a

Senior Content Writer

to join our Global Marketing Team. This role will focus on creating compelling content across a variety of platforms, including digital (e.g., website, social), print, long-form articles, and short-form copy. The Senior Content Writer will be a key contributor to marketing initiatives that shape the Slalom brand, ensuring consistency and impact in every piece of content.

What You'll Do Drive the creation of compelling customer-centric content and storytelling that showcases Slalom's unique, human-centered approach and the impact we co-create with our clients. This includes developing detailed case studies, thought leadership articles, and success stories that highlight client transformations and innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, project leads, and client teams to gather insights and craft authentic narratives that resonate with both internal and external audiences. Produce and adapt content across various formats, including long-form articles, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media snippets, ensuring each piece aligns with Slalom's voice and strategic goals. Support the development of content strategies that elevate Slalom's brand, balancing storytelling with business objectives to drive engagement and awareness. Contribute to the development of creative assets, such as video scripts or infographics, that complement written content and enhance the overall storytelling experience. Proofread, edit, and refine content to uphold high standards of quality, clarity, and brand consistency. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategies and storytelling approaches, making Slalom's content stand out in the market. What You'll Bring

5-10 years of experience in content writing, including writing for digital, social, and print platforms. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor tone and style to different audiences. Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience with website content management systems (CMS). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver content that aligns with business goals. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in a writing or content development role, preferably within a marketing environment. Familiarity with content optimization for digital platforms. A passion for storytelling and creating meaningful connections through content.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $90,000 to $110,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
