Job Description & Requirements Anesthesiology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;10 Pay Rate: $315.25 - $341.25 This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Mondays (6 hours) and Tuesdays (10 hours) only center is closed 2 Mondays per month so only Tuesdays those weeks Job Setting:Surgery Center Types of Cases:ortho (MDs do all blocks), endoscopy, ENT, general surgery, major vascular, cataract, total joints, orthopedic, plastics, podiatry, spine, urology (total 4648 cases/year) Credentialing Timeframe:45 - 60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR):Sis Complete Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Active Ohio State License/DEA required.
