Corporate Development Manager
to join our corporate team in Houston. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with executives from indiGO Auto Group as well as PLPC and Pon to help with imperative business assessments. This experience will set you up for a successful career within the company.

Responsible for managing strategic projects as assigned by executive team Analyze data using statistical techniques Prepare board meeting slides and key deliverables Develop and formulate draft strategies Maintain and develop any strategic alliances with external partners Promote synergy and co-operation between indiGO dealerships on executive initiatives Manage key strategic projects and drives the governance of these together with the executive team and dealership management Undertake initiatives and research to present operational reports asked of by the CEO/CFO/VP of Operations Provide acquisition due diligence support Execute pre/post-acquisition activities as assigned Assist with any and all acquisition and due diligence meetings Create valuable reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions Be the liaison between Pon Holdings, PLPC and indiGO Auto Group for various projects and initiatives Complete other various tasks assigned by CEO/CFO/VP of Operations This opportunity is for you if you have:
Bachelor's degree in business administration (or similar) strongly preferred 3-5 years of experience working in a strategy, consulting, or investment banking role Interest in the luxury automotive industry Able and willing to travel domestic and international Highly skilled in communicating with C-suite level individuals Accuracy and attention to detail Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations Positive attitude Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail A clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality Interest in the luxury automotive industry Able and willing to travel domestic and international Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
