Business Development (BD) Associate
who reports directly to the Business Development Manager. This position is a full-time business development, proposal development, and capture role. The ideal candidate will have previously served in a role supporting Federal Government clients and should be able to obtain a clearance and/or background check.
This is a hybrid remote/onsite position . As a part of the Strategy and Development Team this role requires a high level of initiative. The primary BD Associate responsibilities include:
Duties and Responsibilities: Learn and master the use and organization of Federal Government Procurement Vehicles/Portals Support the BD Manager with building and maintaining Federal Government Procurement Vehicle/Portal pipeline and opportunity targets that align with TRG Corporate Growth Strategies. Support the Strategy & Development team with delivering compliant, professionally produced proposals and market research responses within customer-defined timeframes. Follow BD proposal lifecycle processes and procedures, abiding by standard procedures, including planning, reviews, and production of statements. Prepare presentations, organize/update Customer Relations Management (CRM) database and SharePoint repository (to include TEAMS Sites) with various project information, and coordinate/lead meetings. Learn and implement all necessary Federal Government Vehicle/Portal procedures and processes. Gather and research Federal Government Vehicle/Portal Task Orders to support proposal development, including relevant corporate experience citations, resumes, project summaries, incumbent data, partner capabilities, etc. Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from organizational leadership, subject matter experts, and teaming partners. Support complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes are easily understandable, readable, compelling, and customer focused. Support color team and final quality control reviews, including proofreading for grammar and RFP/Q compliance and conformance to established strategies and plans. Updates relevant Strategy and Development Team files and references in the appropriate CRM database, TEAMS Site, and SharePoint repository. Ability to collaborate with Executives, Program/Project Managers and relevant consultants in the proposal preparation process. Create graphics/diagrams as needed to support technical writing. Attend value-add events such as in-person partner meetings and Industry Days. Experience and Technical Qualifications:

Four or more years of prior Industry or Government experience. Proficient in MS365 Microsoft Office productivity suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS, SharePoint, OneNote, etc). Experience developing and supporting proposal volumes, win strategies, schedules, maintaining a CRM and SharePoint repository, and supporting team strategies. Proven ability to collaborate within and across organizational boundaries. Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to senior executives, peers, and customers.
